1 1/2 story, 3bd, 1ba, on an acre of land. We’ll mostly have cows for neighbors. It’s a bit of a fixer upper, but not in the usual sense – in this case, the previous owners left several improvements (and there are a number of them) about 95% completed. So, we’re having to finish what they started, not make repairs, which I’m totally fine with.
The first major improvement will be adding a bath (possibly just a half bath) upstairs. There’s a 2-car carport and an outbuilding that aren’t in the pics. The outbuilding is a 3-bay open-front jobbie, the kind you find on farms everywhere. One bay has been fully enclosed. Each bay is about 8ftx8ft.
The second major improvement will be to build a detached three-car garage.
In one of the pics you’ll see an old, giant satellite dish. We’re thinking of painting it like a daisy.
Damn, I can’t wait to move in.
